Hello, I am Uma Deepak, the founder of Sameehana Consulting. I am a Finance leader with 18+ years of experience in scaling high-growth businesses and influencing decision making at companies like Amazon (AWS), Microsoft, Philips, and Morgan Stanley.

 

As a Fractional CFO, I bring strategic insights on how a business can scale effectively, that are driven by nearly two decades of corporate experience at Fortune 500 companies. I understand business fundamentals and what metrics matter to growth.

 

I have owned financial controllership for multi-billion-dollar contracts, led new product launches as a Finance Partner, improved product margins through FP&A and streamlined operations using KPIs and business metrics. I have experience building and leading teams as an Amazon Bar-Raiser, partnering with Business teams to scale growing businesses and drive focus on key financial metrics using a data-driven approach. I can easily switch gears from leading teams to rolling up my sleeves and accomplishing complex goals, with my advanced financial modeling skills, knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.
